Pain is when you have so many tests that you stress out about it, and get a sudden influx of laziness, and you just go to bed. Pain is when you jab your fingers into a basketball while trying to get the ball. Pain is when you stay up the whole night for a test and a project, and you suddenly get a headache. Pain is getting a cold that makes your body shiver with cold, your head hot, your nose runny and stuffed on each side, your throat like it’s ripping apart, and your head ringing like a grandfather’s clock. Pain is missing the deadline of your school project when you finished it, but forgot about it. Pain is when a teacher targets me for no reason. Pain is when you fight with your mom for the simplest reasons. Pain is listening to a heartbreaking story that may make you cry. Pain is when you are so tired that you want to get out of class, but you can’t. Pain is when something you hate to do is required to get what you want. Pain is getting forced to do something that you don’t want to but you have to because you can’t just stop it in the middle of finishing it.Pain is not being able to grow when you’re short. Pain is laughing so hard to the point, you start to have stomachaches. Pain is hurting your neck because you slept in a wrong position. Pain is when your friend wasn’t something that you thought she was. Pain is trying to be someone you’re not because you’re ashamed of yourself. Pain is when you did nothing wrong but everyone blames you for it. Pain is when you do nothing wrong, but only you get called out for it. Pain is getting made fun of my appearance. Pain is hearing that your friends have been talking behind your back. Pain is when your practical sister moves to another country without a choice.
